Charles Leclerc currently races for Ferrari on the F1 circuit. He started his career as most F1 drivers have, on the karting circuit. He soon became national champion before moving up the races. The Monegasque driver raced in Formula Renault, Formula 3, and GP3 before moving on to Formula 2. In 2017 he won the F2 Championship with 7 wins and an overall 282 points. The win elevated him into Formula One. As you can imagine a number of the F1 teams were keen for the Charles Leclerc signature to get him on their books. It was ultimately Sauber who signed him on in 2018. That year he made his debut on the F1 circuit at the Australian Grand Prix. He earned his first F1 win the following year in Belgium. The same year, he won another trophy for having the most pole positions in the 2019 season.
He moved to Scuderia Ferrari in 2019 where he still remains. The racing legend now has 21 podium finishes. Of these, he has won 5 Grand Prix races. This is despite being in pole position for 18 races. Aged just 24 he has an exciting career ahead of him
