Stefan Bradl originates from Germany. He is the son of Helmut Bradl, who was also a bike racer. The German was born in 1989 and is aged 32. He still competes in MotoGP for the Repsol Honda Team. The German superstar is classed as a test or replacement ride and his bike number is six. He is most famous for winning the Moto2 World Championship in 2011. Following his victory, he made the step up to MotoGP with Honda.
His best performance to date was finishing in seventh place in the World Championships. This was particularly impressive considering he was unable to race for part of the season due to injury.
